We review credible reports that directory information is inaccurate, out of date, misattributed or should be removed from public display.

What to send

Email hello@aestheticsaustralia.com.au with the clinic or page name, the exact field or statement, the proposed correction, and a clinic-owned or authoritative source URL where available.

Do not send patient records or personal health information.

How review works

We retain the request for audit, compare it with current evidence, and may contact the clinic or source owner. A request does not automatically change or publish a record. Uncertain or safety-sensitive information stays hidden or in review.

Clinic representatives

If you are authorised to represent the clinic, you may also claim the profile and submit proposed changes through the moderated clinic workflow.

Analytics and hosting information

Help us understand what people research and whether the directory works. If you allow anonymous product analytics, Aesthetics Australia records general actions and selected broad search categories, including state, concern, treatment and device. We do not record your words, suburb, postcode, clinic choices or a personal identifier. You can change this choice at any time.

Our additional first-party product events are off unless you choose to allow them. They do not use an analytics identifier or record clinic names, search words, suburb or postcode. A selected state, concern, treatment or device may be counted separately and is shown in clinic reporting only when at least 20 selections occur in a month.

Lovable hosts this website and its Visitor Analytics feature is enabled. Lovable may process technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location, browser or device details, traffic source, pages or APIs visited, and timestamps under its terms and privacy documentation. This platform processing is separate from the preference above and may include which directory pages are visited.

We may also use clearly disclosed analytics, conversion-measurement and advertising providers in the future. These services may use cookies, pixels or similar technology to measure campaigns, conversions, audiences and repeat visits. Optional advertising or remarketing technology will require an appropriate preference control before activation. We do not intentionally send form contents, private account information, uploaded documents or direct contact details through analytics pixels.
