Privacy information

This notice explains the current website’s privacy approach. It will be reviewed before accounts, enquiries, payments or communications are activated in production.

Public directory information

Clinic information is compiled from public or clinic-provided sources and displayed only through controlled public views. Private claim contacts and review evidence are not public profile fields.

Health-interest information

Searches and comparison choices may reveal health-interest information. We do not ask you to provide personal health information to browse the directory, and comparison selections are stored on your device rather than in a consumer profile.

Newsletter

The Aesthetics Brief is an optional monthly marketing email. Where subscriptions are available, we ask for your email address and explicit newsletter consent, and use MailerLite to process subscription confirmation and email delivery. Newsletter signup does not create a clinic account or attach your searches or clinic browsing to your subscriber profile. Confirm using the email link when requested, and unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Analytics preferences

Optional analytics remain subject to your preferences and browser privacy signals. If you allow them, we may count selected broad directory filters such as state, concern, treatment and device. We do not include your search words, suburb, postcode, clinic choices or a personal identifier. Each category is counted separately, and monthly clinic reporting withholds categories with fewer than 20 recorded selections. You can reopen at any time.

Analytics and hosting information

Help us understand what people research and whether the directory works. If you allow anonymous product analytics, Aesthetics Australia records general actions and selected broad search categories, including state, concern, treatment and device. We do not record your words, suburb, postcode, clinic choices or a personal identifier. You can change this choice at any time.

Our additional first-party product events are off unless you choose to allow them. They do not use an analytics identifier or record clinic names, search words, suburb or postcode. A selected state, concern, treatment or device may be counted separately and is shown in clinic reporting only when at least 20 selections occur in a month.

Lovable hosts this website and its Visitor Analytics feature is enabled. Lovable may process technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location, browser or device details, traffic source, pages or APIs visited, and timestamps under its terms and privacy documentation. This platform processing is separate from the preference above and may include which directory pages are visited.

We may also use clearly disclosed analytics, conversion-measurement and advertising providers in the future. These services may use cookies, pixels or similar technology to measure campaigns, conversions, audiences and repeat visits. Optional advertising or remarketing technology will require an appropriate preference control before activation. We do not intentionally send form contents, private account information, uploaded documents or direct contact details through analytics pixels.
