LED light systems
LED systems expose skin to non-ionising light at selected wavelengths. They are different from lasers and intense pulsed light: the light is lower intensity, spread over an area and usually does not heat or remove tissue in the same way.

How to read the evidence
Photobiomodulation research is heterogeneous. Compare wavelength, irradiance, dose, schedule and clinical endpoint before assuming two LED systems are equivalent.
